The Resourcing Specialist represents Capita throughout the agreed assessment process and upholds the highest levels of candidate engagement and experience. The Resourcing Specialist plays a key role in hiring entry level talent to the business as they hold the main face to face, online, and verbal relationships with candidates between the assessment stage of the hiring process through to day one and act as an ambassador for Capita throughout the hiring process.
The Resourcing Specialists will work under the guidance of the Resourcing Delivery Manager as part of the Global Resourcing Delivery team to provide an exceptional end to end recruitment and candidate experience within their designated business division or location.

**** What you'll be doing :
*** Proactively identify, attract and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple clinical disciplines using a range of sourcing channels (job boards, CV databases, Linked In Recruiter, professional bodies, online communities, events, referrals).
* Build, nurture and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs across HAAS.
* Manage candidate pools within Workday and Smart Recruiters, ensuring accurate tagging, status management, and regular pipeline refresh.
* Conduct initial candidate qualification to assess clinical background, experience, and alignment to role requirements.
* Support the development and execution of targeted attraction campaigns, tailored messaging, and community engagement activities to reach underrepresented groups.
* Work closely with the wider Talent Team to ensure candidates move smoothly from sourcing to onboarding.
* Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to clinical roles (e.g., DBS checks, professional registration, OH requirements).
* Ensure all candidate interactions reflect a high‑quality, professional experience.
** What we're looking for :
*** Two plus years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on clinical or healthcare roles
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, or similar).
* Competence with standard office software (e.g., MS Office, MS Outlook)
* Comfortable working to and experience of achieving set targets
* Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-Oriented & Organised
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of working to tight deadlines
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
* Reliability, self-motivation and strong time-management skills

** The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC). The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person’s daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits.

The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita.
