To support our growth, we are looking for a highly driven Education Delivery Consultant who wants to grow their own candidate network, deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in establishing Next Gen Teachers as the number one recruiter in the local area
.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, forward-thinking
, and ambitious, with aspirations to become a top-performing consultant within our wider business group.
- Speaking with candidates daily to understand their experience, preferences, and career goals
- Screening and registering candidates for supply, long-term, and permanent opportunities
- Supporting Sales Consultants with candidate recruitment across live vacancies
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across platforms such as Indeed, CV-Library, Linked In
, and more - Arranging interviews for temporary and permanent roles
- Identifying vacancy leads through candidate conversations
- Providing ongoing support, feedback, and pastoral care to candidates
- Supporting CV writing and delivering a smooth onboarding experience
- Conducting candidate registration interviews (phone, video, and in person)
- Leading candidate induction events for newly registered candidates
- Creating candidate mailshots and talent pools
- Maintaining regular check-ins with candidates throughout their journey with Next Gen Teachers
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or education
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the education sector (desirable but not essential)
- Flexible working hours:
8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, or 10am–7pm - Hybrid working to fit around your lifestyle
