Job Description

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Resourcer to join our team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support high‑volume recruitment across a wide variety of roles while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end resourcing process across multiple business areas.
  • Manage high‑volume candidate pipelines and proactively source talent.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Provide administrative support including issuing contracts, right‑to‑work checks, and onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with supplier management, including processing invoices and raising POs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data security standards.
  • Support wider resourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a recruitment or resourcing environment, ideally high‑volume.
  • Able to juggle multiple vacancies at pace with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident using recruitment systems, Excel and other digital tools.
  • Experience supporting with invoicing or recruitment admin is desirable.
  • A team player with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
