We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just a job. Someone who wants to build a career, develop expertise, and be part of something exciting.

You’ll be joining a passionate, supportive team with years of combined recruitment experience. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter looking for a fresh challenge or someone ambitious ready to step up, we’ll back you all the way.

• Building relationships with candidates and clients who genuinely value your expertise
• Sourcing top talent using your network, market knowledge, and creative approaches
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment from briefing to offer, onboarding to aftercare in your chosen technology specialism
• Partnering with clients, embedding yourself as an extension of their team
• Attending and contributing to events, connecting with the technology community

• Passion for recruitment and building meaningful relationships
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
• Drive, resilience, and a results-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation
• Experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house)
• Technology recruitment advantageous
• Established network within the technology sector
• Track record of hitting targets and delivering results
