Overview
2 roles available. This role is open to University of Leeds employees currently employed within the People and Culture Directorate only. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders and be embedded within an area of the organisation, offering advice and challenge.
- Develop engaging workforce strategies that promote organisational improvement; manage changes effectively and deliver an efficient and effective business as usual (BAU).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the HR team to support delivery of a consistent, high-quality service; take a lead on service-wide HR strategic initiatives.
- Advanced (Level
7) CIPD qualification (or equivalent). - Track record of leading and delivering a range of innovative HR solutions.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and continuous service improvement.
