- A brand new role in a fast paced / growing business
- Managing a HR team reporting into the Head of HR
A fast paced, rapid growing business with approx 700 heads currently with head office based in Leeds and sites across UK & Ireland.
Job Description- Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including :
- Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employment
- Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor's
- Responsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvement
- Manage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the business
- Managing employee engagement survey and business communications
- Managing HR projects
- Manage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026
- Have previously worked in a HR Operations / Shared Services capacity
- Have managed and developed a HR team
- Have been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficiencies
- Have owned and managed HRIS
- CIPD Qualified - desirable
- Salary up to £45k
- Hybrid working Leeds City Centre - 3 days office / 2 days WFH
