This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds for an Education Recruitment Consultant. The role involves engaging with schools and educational institutions to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to suitable positions. The consultant will also foster strong client and candidate relationships, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and deliver exceptional service to meet organizational goals.

• 360 Consultant role, focussing on both BD and Resourcing candidates
• Working an established company within West Yorkshire and across.
• Reporting to your manager and seeing continuous progress.
• Posting job adverts and trying new ways of sourcing candidates.

• Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Experience with Consulting and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluations
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced environment
• Adept at building relationships with clients and candidates
• Familiarity with the educational sector and its recruitment requirements is a plus
