What you’ll do:- Utilise your expertise in sourcing to narrow the applicant pool and ensure recommended candidates meet both hiring needs and business requirements for volume insurance claims roles.
- Manage multiple sourcing channels effectively to maximise usage of sourcing‑related services and maintain a visible profile within the market.
- Act as a resource to candidates by informing them about the hiring process, fostering interest in joining the organisation, and ensuring clear communication throughout their journey.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial application through to onboarding, ensuring each individual feels supported and valued.
- Optimise external networks by maintaining ongoing communication with prospective candidates and building strong relationships within the industry.
- Support the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to build effective talent pipelines for high‑volume claims positions.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment practices, sharing insights with colleagues to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Research alternative sourcing methods and make recommendations aimed at improving talent acquisition strategies for various levels and roles within insurance claims.
- Partner with recruitment vendors to execute agreed‑upon sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to deliver successful outcomes across all stages of recruitment.
- Some relevant work experience within recruitment or talent acquisition is required for this position.
- Knowledge and passion for Talent Acquisition gained from agency, in‑house or RPO environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders, candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across all levels.
- Experience as a sourcer, researcher or recruiter — whether in‑house, RPO or agency — is preferred for success in this role.
- Proficiency in conducting competency‑based interviews enables you to assess candidate suitability effectively for volume claims positions.
- Advanced skills in internet searches, cold calling, networking, database mining, referrals and other modern recruitment techniques are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and execute various sourcing activities tailored for different levels and roles within insurance claims recruitment is beneficial.
- Experience in building pipelines for high‑volume roles ensures you can meet business demands efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to manage partnerships with recruitment vendors supports execution of strategic sourcing plans aligned with organisational goals.
- A commitment to continuous improvement allows you to identify new opportunities for enhancing sourcing practices within the team.
