Are you passionate about fostering positive workplace relationships and ensuring fair, consistent employee experiences? We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting and coaching managers and employees across the University.
About the RoleAs an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence cases.
- Partner with managers to ensure compliance with employment law and University policies.
- Support the development and implementation of ER strategies and policy that promote engagement and retention.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong proven experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Is highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
- Works collaboratively and builds trusted relationships across all levels.
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
