Role Summary

Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR support at academy level, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the wider HR team to meet academy and trust-wide priorities.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service to stakeholders, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in all HR matters.
- Enthusiasm, tact, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A solution-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across the trust.
