Location: Leeds (South) - Possible Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days Home

Days / Hours: 9am - 5.30 pm Mon-Fri

Training / Qualifications: Any Sage related certs. would be advantageous

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic direction of our Human Resource Information Systems. In this key role, you will oversee system management, data integrity, and process improvement while partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive efficiencies and support our organization’s HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integration across HR platforms, collaborating closely with the HR and IT teams.
  • Analyze system capabilities, implement updates, and manage new feature rollouts to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS troubleshooting and support, providing guidance and technical solutions for complex issues.
  • Develop and manage system training for HR teams and end-users, ensuring understanding of best practices and new functionalities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in HRIS management, ideally within a complex or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system implementation.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data to drive HR decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading HRIS projects from planning to execution.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, with a customer-focused approach to supporting cross-functional teams.
