Talent Attraction Advisor for HGF Limited

The Position

To provide coordination and administrative support for the firm’s learning and development programs. The L&D Co-Ordinator ensures the smooth delivery of training activities, maintains accurate learning records, and supports the wider People & Culture team in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This role is essential in enabling a positive learning environment and supporting professional development across the firm.

About You:

Organised & Detail-Oriented

  • Skilled at scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Able to manage logistics, materials, and invitations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work effectively with the People & Culture team to support firm-wide learning initiatives.
  • Confident liaising with external training providers and platform vendors.

Tech-Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and experience in maintaining accurate records in LMS and HR systems is ideal.
  • Comfortable tracking attendance, completions, and feedback for learning activities.
  • Respond promptly to requests for learning support and manage the Learning inbox, and proactively follows up on outstanding requests.
  • Ensure learning resources are up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

Creative & Resourceful

  • Skilled in preparing and formatting training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Support onboarding by managing induction training and tracking completion.

Results-Focused

  • Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet organisational needs.
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous development.
