🕒 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (rotational shifts 08:00–20:00)
We are recruiting a Meeting & Events Manager to join a leading professional services workplace in Leeds. This role leads the delivery of meeting room bookings, events coordination, switchboard and facilities helpdesk services, ensuring a seamless client and visitor experience across site.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all meeting room and events bookings
- Ensure rooms are fully prepared (AV, catering, setup)
- Manage client enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Coordinate large bookings with service partners
- Maintain booking systems and reporting accuracy
- Act as liaison across facilities, hospitality and security teams
- Support and develop team members
- Resolve service issues and ensure operational continuity
- Leadership experience in corporate, hospitality or 5-star service environments
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
