- Comfortable navigating the dynamic, multi-faceted nature of a large venue.
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to operations.
- At least three years experience at GM level in a large venue (although we will consider a rockstar DGM).
- Preferably somewhere that is a multi faceted fast paced venue or a Hotel Operations manager of a minimum of Four Star venue, with extensive F&B experience will also be considered.
