Position:
Receptionist – Malmaison Leeds.

Hourly rate: £12.46 per hour, 20 hours per week, Permanent.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join the team  will be the face of our hotel, the first and last person guests see, creating a delightful experience and handling all queries.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest queries of all shapes and sizes.
• Ensure high standards of service and a pleasant environment.
• Maintain a positive tone throughout the guest’s visit and ensure everything goes above and beyond before they leave.
