£30,000 per annum (£14.42 per hour), 40 hours per week. We pay you for doing what you love and reward hard work with a generous benefits package.

Are you a strong leader with interpersonal and training skills? A good communicator, service‑oriented and detail‑oriented? A team player and motivator?

You will have experience implementing and maintaining control measures to keep food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs in line with the budget.

We look for someone who can:

  • Carry out duty management shifts according to business needs
  • Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards business plan goals
  • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets and ensure the highest standards of service
  • Plan, organise and direct the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion
  • Be accountable for profitability and revenue generation
  • Understand food hygiene and health and safety procedures
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service
  • Communicate clearly with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager

We operate 365 days a year and need flexible staff willing to work a range of shifts, especially evenings and weekends.
