We’re looking for someone who thrives on high standards and loves meeting people. As the face of our restaurant and bar, you will control the flow of service, communicate closely with the kitchen and management, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, controlled dining experience.

We operate 365 days a year; you’ll need to work a range of shifts, with great flexibility built in. Evenings and weekends are busier, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

We provide national‑recognised apprenticeships and detailed brand training to help you progress. This role can be the next step toward a Head of Department position within Malmaison.
