Therapy Lead - £28,489 per annum

The Cabinet of Rota runs Monday to Sunday and you must be flexible to work early shifts, late shifts, and potentially night shifts depending on therapy needs, including bank holidays.

Working times include 7:30 am – 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm – 9:30 pm, and any time between 9:30 pm – 7:30 am.

Job Description

You will act as the link between the therapist team and the services, translating therapy plans and goals into a clear rehabilitation pathway that enables people to reach their full potential. This role spans occupational therapy, physical therapy, behaviour therapy, speech and language, music and drama, and covers clinical competence and management training.

Responsibilities
  • Translate plans and therapy goals into rehabilitation pathways.
  • Serve as the vital link between the therapist team and the service.
  • Manage and lead bedside therapy provision across multiple modalities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant experience in adult brain injury rehabilitation.
  • Willingness to complete an apprenticeship or diploma as part of CPD.
  • Commitment to training across all aspects of therapy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, flexible and positive approach.
