Ideal Requirements for the Business Development Manager
* A minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of building value-driven partnerships in a clinical environment.
* Resilient and results-oriented, bringing consistent energy and determination to deliver sustainable, long-term success.
* A confident and engaging communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, credible relationships through a warm and professional approach.
* Driven by development and progression, with a genuine ambition to grow both professionally and personally within an innovative, forward-thinking organisation.
Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
* Become a trusted product expert, using your strong therapeutic knowledge and clinical insight to confidently position and differentiate our products in meaningful customer conversations.
