Conduct comprehensive assessments and create recovery-focused care plans Deliver clinical interventions with a specialist focus on substance misuse services Administer and monitor prescribed medications, providing guidance on safe use Maintain therapeutic relationships and promote independence and recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Ensure care delivery meets professional and organizational standards Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Essential criteria to apply:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Band 6 or equivalent experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge of substance misuse, mental health, and recovery models Desirable Criteria:
