Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £26,976.16

Driving licence preferred for travel between sites

As the First Point Of Contact, you’ll be central to creating a smooth, supportive experience for every client. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Delivering telephone consultations
• Handling data entry and essential administrative tasks
• Greeting clients at reception and providing in-person assistance

You’ll collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues, helping clients feel informed, empowered, and cared for.
