What will the role look like?
The purpose of this role is to provide short term work using a 4-session model of supportive intervention. This will include working in a person-centred way with the young person, their primary carers and other education and support professionals within Cluster.
Working in this holistic way, you will aid the identification and awareness of the key challenges and negative affects of their potential neurodivergence and co-create a personalised strengths-based support plan including additional community support resources.
