LS11: Beeston

LS14: Killingbeck & Seacroft

LS27: Morley

WF3: East Ardsley

LS26: Rothwell

LS12: Armley

LS15: Killingbeck

Pay & Shift Patterns

We offer shift pay
, not pay-per-call — meaning you're paid continuously from your first visit to your last.

Mileage: 45p/mile (drivers)

Shift Patterns

Early: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Late: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

We agree your rota in advance on a 2-week rolling pattern
, including:

Alternate full weekends OR every Saturday OR every Sunday

Evenings as agreed within your availability

What You'll Do as a Care Assistant

Whether you've supported someone at home or are completely new to care, if you're kind, reliable, and eager to help others live well, you'll be great with us.

As a Be Caring Care Assistant, you will:

Support people to achieve their personal goals and outcomes

Promote independence and confidence through enabling support

Work with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care

Communicate clearly, documenting and sharing important information

Help people stay connected to their local community and services

Your Induction & Training

You'll receive full training to help you become an outstanding Care Assistant, including:

Be Caring values & going Above and Beyond

Confidentiality & professional boundaries

Medication, fluids and nutrition

Moving & positioning, basic life support, pressure area care

Infection prevention, health & safety
