Days. Contracted hours: 36. Alderbrook Care Home specialise in the care of 140 residents with complex physical and mental health needs. We are creating a supportive, specialist environment where residents feel valued, respected and truly  are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. • £22.88 per hour
• Contracted to 36 hours per week, Paid breaks!
• Pension scheme, Free uniform, Paid DBS
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high quality clinical care, ensuring residents receive safe and person centred support at all times. You will create individualised care plans, complete accurate documentation, carry out routine observations and respond promptly to any changes in health. You will lead the care team during your shift, support with medication management, promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.

• Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical knowledge with a compassionate and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead, guide and support colleagues
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
