We're looking for a caring and compassionate Strategy Coordinator to provide holistic care and support to victims of sexual assault.
Main duties of the jobThe Strategy Coordinator will have a pivotal role in working with local safeguarding children’s boards to develop a paediatric pathway so that multi‑agency safeguarding hubs work with Mountain Healthcare to ensure children and young people receive the correct service at the correct time.
This is a non‑clinical post with key responsibilities acting as a crisis worker for paediatric cases and coordinating appointments whilst liaising with social care, police and other professionals.

Job responsibilities- Coordinate appointments and act as a crisis worker for paediatric cases.
- Work with local safeguarding children’s boards to develop a paediatric pathway and liaise with social care, police and other professionals.
- Provide dedicated 24/7 forensic and acute health support in a supported SARC environment.
- Receive full training and support with further opportunities to undertake additional higher education after one year in‑post.
- Maintain a driving licence and be able to drive and has access to a car 24/7.

)
This is a full‑time vacancy of 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm.
Driving licence required. All successful candidates will be subject to pre‑employment checks including an Enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references and Police NVVP Level 2 vetting checks.
