Salary: £13.00 per hour (depends on experience) – Permanent, full‑time day appointments 8:00 a.m. సె to 8:00 p.m.

• Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
• Supporting clinical duties – administering medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
• Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including shift hand‑overs
• Helping with training and supervision of new staff members
• Building relationships with residents, families, GPs, and district nurses
• Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties

• Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care; we support completion of the qualification if required
• Motivated, positive and excellent interpersonal skills – able to work in a close‑knit team
• Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the rewards and challenges; passion for making a real difference to people’s lives
