This role is part of our brand-new residential service,
Fernside House in Armley, Leeds.

Location: Fernside House, Armley, Leeds

Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Salary: £13.45 per hour (annual £26,926), hourly overtime paid at £14.95

Shift Pattern: 07:45am – 07:45pm, two‑week rolling rota:

• Week 1:
  Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
• Week 2:
  Wed, Thu, Fri

• Annual leave starts at the statutory minimum, with extra days rewarded after 2 and 5 years of service.
• Refer‑a‑Friend scheme – earn up to £500 per referral.

• Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person‑centred care in a residential setting.
• Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
• Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
• Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
• Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
• Promote independence and self‑confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.

• Experience with in a mental health or residential setting.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and team members.
• Understanding of the importance of person‑centred quality care.
