We Support a Diverse Range Of Individuals In The Community And In Their Own Homes – Each With Their Own Unique Needs And Goals. You Will Generally Spend Your Shift In One Place And Help People Live More Independently By Supporting With

• Daily living tasks (e.g. meal prep, personal care, budgeting)
• Social activities (e.g. swimming, gym, rugby games, concerts – sometimes during evenings)
• Building life skills and confidence
• Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
• Risk‑assessing situations and supporting positive behaviour

This is a person‑centred role, where you'll be empowered to tailor your support to each individual's needs, routines and aspirations.

People With a Variety Of Needs Including

• Autism & learning disabilities
• Mental health disorders & personality disorders
• Behaviours that challenge
• Forensic backgrounds

You’ll need to follow clear, structured support plans and work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of mental health conditions and behaviours of concern
• Experience supporting individuals with complex or forensic needs
• Confidence working with safeguarding, grooming behaviours, or MAPPA cases

• MAPPA training
• Anthony Bainbridge training (or similar)

• Part‑time & Relief Hours Available (up to 30 hours per week)
• A variety of day and evening shifts available (including weekends)
• Typical shift times between 8:00am and 9:30pm (some flexibility may be required)
• Lone working and shift work involved
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
