Job Overview

Up to £12.40 per hour

Our Middleton Park service offers specialised, person‑centred support for adults with Autism Spectrum conditions, additional learning disabilities and mental health needs. We’re seeking calm, resourceful and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person‑centred care and support to tenants, enabling participation in daily life and a variety of activities.
  • Deliver personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement and community activities (walking, swimming, gym).
  • Collaborate with the wider support network to help service users achieve their aspirations.
  • Maintain positive communication skills and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
  • Work flexible rota covering evenings, weekends and sleep‑in shifts, with enhanced pay for sleep‑in shifts.
Qualifications
  • Calm, resourceful and enthusiastic. Highly motivated to provide person‑centred care.
  • Prior experience is beneficial but an engaging, creative and person‑centred approach is highly valued.
  • Interest in sports, creative arts, music and cooking will enrich the lives of our service users.
  • Willingness to learn autism and autism support provision and to undertake service‑specific training.
