You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, delivering a 5‑star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high‑standard spa treatments.
• Guest focused to ensure a 5‑star spa experience.
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential).
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department.
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products – full training provided.
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad‑hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (preferred but not essential).
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications.
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (preferred but not essential).
