Interim Finance Business Partner – Rail Industry Your new company I am supporting a modern rail operator responsible for delivering one of the UK’s most significant and fast‑growing transport services. They focus on safe, reliable, high‑frequency rail operations that keep people connected across London and the surrounding regions. Your new role This Finance Business Partner position will manage 2 heads with a direct reporting line to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.

You will focus on assisting with the year-end audit, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement. There will also be elements of financial modelling using Excel. Lead the financial planning and analysis process for key business sections Commercial and financial leadership support Financial reporting, providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making Driving financial system and process improvements Oversee the development of financial controls and compliance What you'll need to succeed Experience working in the rail sector is desirable, but wider infrastructure is acceptable.
