Credit Controller - Generous salary  benefits package - Hybrid working options Your new company A rare opportunity to join my client in the role of Credit Controller at their expanding site located in the Colchester area. Your new role Working as part of a professional and supportive finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the position of Credit Controller, managing the debtor ledger with key duties including:
Build strong working relationships with customers Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email Investigate and resolve customer queries Customer database updates and maintenance Aged debtor reporting Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer accounts are accurate and providing key insights Provide key insights to Senior Management regarding debt position Recommend and highlight accounts that require escalation or legal action Assist with month-end reporting and sales ledger reconciliations What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience in a similar credit control position Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail will be essential Knowledge of Sage will be highly beneficial Positive and proactive team player What you'll get in return Generous starting salary circa £34000 - £37000 plus competitive benefits package including 25 plus days  bank holidays;
