Management Accountant

If you’re a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant who enjoys understanding the numbers, not just producing them, this role will suit you.

This isn’t a back-office reporting post. It sits between core management accounting and FP&A. You’ll own the monthly numbers, but you’ll also be involved in budgets, forecasts and commercial conversations that shape decisions.

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Deliver clear variance analysis
• Work closely with operational leads to explain results and challenge assumptions.
• Support month-end with analysis and control, not heavy transactional processing.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast cycles.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple departments and sense-check for realism.
• Assist with scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Highlight risks, cost pressures and performance trends early.

• Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Strong management accounts and reporting experience.
• Exposure to budgeting or forecasting; FP&A experience welcomed but not essential.
• Confident with Excel
• Comfortable working with data and translating it into insight.
