This is a truly great commercial and value‑adding role where you will immerse yourself within a successful PE‑backed business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to set the strategic direction, provide robust commercial insight, identify opportunities to maximise performance, and drive profitable growth.

• Develop and deliver clear and robust value‑add reporting, commercial insights and advice to the Operations team driving performance‑improving actions and decision‑making.
• Model complex problems and business scenarios and deliver compelling storytelling across performance reporting.
• Influence and challenge directly effective performance and risk management with your operational partner to deliver improved value for the business units.
• Travel occasionally to be close to the business and the operational challenges the business is facing.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience business partnering with senior non‑financial stakeholders and influencing senior decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver value‑add and commercial insight.
• Experience in FMCG, multisite, distribution, logistics, supply chain or retail sectors is essential.
• Excellent analytical, business partnering and influencing skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing demands and tight timescales.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). You will have a strong commercial focus, the ability to build robust relationships, and be a finance lead where you have driven value add and commercial insight.
