London Job Type: Full-time in office We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Business Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring financial accuracy, robust reconciliations, and high-quality financial reporting. You will be part of a team of 4, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and supporting the Associate Director in maintaining balance sheet integrity and executing critical financial processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
Undertake financial forecasting and report business and operational metrics monitoring across the Group's entities in the UK and overseas offices. Create financial models focused on revenue generation to support key business decision-makers. Analyse financial results, perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and other targets, and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, quarterly summaries, and annual financial statements.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to increase productivity through automation and the development of financial reports and evaluation metrics. Work closely with the Financial Controller to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Newly qualified with post-qualification experience (PQE). Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, governance, and audit processes. Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in a structured, governance-focused finance environment with strong financial analysis capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to present detailed financial information clearly.

Strong technical skills, including advanced competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
