This is a dynamic role where your analytical mindset will make a real impact. As a Credit Risk Analyst in the Capital and Impairment team, you'll review model outputs, collaborating closely within Credit Risk, finance and operational teams to uncover trends, spotlight emerging risks and present insights to key stakeholders.

You'll be at the heart of shaping our approach—analysing the drivers behind impairment and capital movements, enhancing our MI reporting suite, and delivering actionable recommendations that help steer operational decisions and strategic direction. Your work will directly influence how we manage risk and seize opportunities.

• Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to less technical stakeholders
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience within Risk or UK banking experience (Desirable)
• Experience coding in SAS and SQL (Desirable)
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power
