Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering exclusively with an attractive brand based in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client has a requirement following continual growth to recruit a Finance Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will start a hands-on role, supporting in high volume reconciliation for a variety of revenue streams.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• High volume reconciliations.
• Monitoring accounts inbox.
• Chasing payments.
• Cash allocations.
• Working closely with the finance controller to provide up to date reporting on ledgers.
• Utilising Excel to manipulate data and format for reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Confident Excel user to V-look up and pivot table level.
• Available to start at short notice.
• Worked in a previous role handling large volumes of data.
• Previous finance experience.
