Management Accountant

Position: Management Accountant (Permanent)
We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Group Head Office function in Leeds. We are a growing and dynamic organisation based within the recruitment and staffing sector, and this is an exciting newly created opportunity for a Management Accountant to join us on a full-time permanent basis due to continued business growth and expansion.

The successful Management Accountant should have:

· A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

· Strong management accounting and multi-site experience

· Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

· Experience working in fast-paced, commercial environment and any experience within the staffing sector would be welcomed

In this role, the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

· Producing weekly gross margin reports and investigating variances across branches

· Preparing monthly management accounts and branch-level P&Ls

· Delivering profitability analysis, productivity reporting and commercial insights

· Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes

· Acting as a finance business partner to branch management and operational teams

We are offering the successful Management Accountant a salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
