Your new firm:Our client is a well-established mid-tier accountancy firm with a growing presence across the North West.

Following continued growth in their Private Client offering, they are now looking to strengthen their Personal Tax team in Manchester.The firm works with a broad and interesting client base, including OMBs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, and places a strong emphasis on advisory-led work and client relationships.Your new role:As a Personal Tax Senior, you'll work closely with Managers and Senior Managers, delivering a mix of advisory and compliance work to a varied private client portfolio.

You'll be involved in complex personal tax matters, with exposure to trusts, inheritance tax, and planning work, while also supporting junior team members as they develop.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality compliance work
• Supporting advisory projects including trusts and IHT planning
• Reviewing work prepared by junior staff
• Liaising directly with clients and building long-term relationships
• Identifying opportunities for tax planning and value-add services

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working in UK Personal Tax within practice
• Strong technical knowledge across personal tax and private client matters
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• ATT qualified (or equivalent), or working towards CTA
