We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our Financial Crime & Sanctions (FCS) Team as a Senior Analyst.

Based within our Onboarding team, part of the Office of the General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, managing risk, and supporting junior team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Apply your knowledge of AML regulations to support the firm’s global operations.
  • Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.
  • Research and analyse high-risk factors, including PEPs, sanctions, and complex structures.
  • Advise partners and associates on AML/CDD requirements and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, driving knowledge-sharing and team development.
  • Manage workflow to meet service level agreements and ensure compliance standards.
  • Assist with audits, sanctions investigations, and compliance projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AML regulations and the ability to interpret and apply these globally.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and identify key risks.
  • A collaborative team player who can build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
