An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax specialist who is looking to make their first move in-house. You'll join a high-performing team supporting a diverse portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions.

As Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality UK corporate tax compliance and reporting. You'll work alongside an experienced team, supporting a broad range of trading and non-trading entities while collaborating with stakeholders across finance, tax, legal and commercial teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review UK corporation tax computations and tax accounting provisions for a wide range of entities.
- Develop a deep understanding of each entity's business, process flows and compliance timetables.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely and effective service delivery.
- Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their technical development.
- Collaborate with wider finance teams and global tax colleagues to gather information and ensure accurate interpretation of tax technical matters.
- Support quarterly and year-end tax reporting under IFRS and, where required, US GAAP.
- Assist with capital allowances reviews and technical reports for major projects.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and data-led solutions.
- Broaden your technical knowledge as the service offering expands into areas such as overseas corporate tax and withholding tax.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, with at least 3-4 years' experience in UK corporate tax compliance and/or reporting.
- Confident working across multiple teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix structure with UK and international teams.
- Experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE and strong Excel capability.
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in technology-enabled tax processes.
