What you'll get involved inNo two days will look the same, but your world will include:
- Taking ownership of the core finance function and day-to-day control
- Improving fragmented systems, processes and reporting
- Building clearer visibility across cash flow, performance and profitability
- Developing consolidated reporting across a multi-entity group
- Bringing order to complexity across intercompany, billing and reconciliations
- Mentoring and developing a small, capable finance team
- Partnering with senior leaders to support growth, decisions and change
This is not a maintenance role. It's a build, fix, improve and evolve role.
Who this is forYou'll likely be someone who:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Enjoys being busy and mentally stretched
- Stays calm when priorities shift
- Can switch between tasks quickly without losing grip

- Is commercially curious, not just technically strong
