You'll have the space to:

• Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with the numbers

• Work closely with a highly intelligent, visionary founder and senior leadership team

No two days will look the same, but your world will include:

• Taking ownership of the core finance function and day-to-day control
• Improving fragmented systems, processes and reporting
• Building clearer visibility across cash flow, performance and profitability
• Developing consolidated reporting across a multi-entity group
• Bringing order to complexity across intercompany, billing and reconciliations
• Mentoring and developing a small, capable finance team
• Partnering with senior leaders to support growth, decisions and change

This is not a maintenance role. It's a build, fix, improve and evolve role.

You'll likely be someone who:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
• Enjoys being busy and mentally stretched
• Stays calm when priorities shift
• Can switch between tasks quickly without losing grip
• Sees messy situations as opportunities, not problems
• Has ideas - and wants the freedom to act on them
• Is commercially curious, not just technically strong

You might be an experienced Financial Controller, or a hands‑on finance leader ready for a role with more scope and influence.
