Pension Administrator - Quality Assurance
We are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading workplace pension providers, renowned for their award-winning Master Trust. With over 75 years of industry expertise and more than 470,000 members, they are continuing to grow and are now seeking to expand their Quality Assurance Pensions team.
Role & Responsibilities- Deliver monthly QA activities, owning end-to-end QA responsibilities including manual calculations, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process reviews, while building knowledge across pensions administration.
- Use strong technical and calculation expertise to review casework and validate the accuracy of pension outputs.
- Work collaboratively across QA and wider teams to complete UAT for system releases and ad-hoc calculation or data updates.
- Must have at least 2 years of pension administration experience.
- Strong DB manual calculations experience is required.
- Keen to develop and grow within a team.
This role is hybrid to a Leeds office.
