Senior Corporate Tax Manager

Our client is a long-established independent firm of accountants. They seek a corporate tax professional at senior usb level. The ideal candidate will be ACA, CTA or ICAS qualified with a good mix of advisory and compliance management experience. Advisory work will include corporate finance and financial planning, and you will collaborate with colleagues in corporate finance, cross-referencing work with other teams.

There is an opportunity to play a key role in practice development activities, such as writing thought leadership pieces, delivering presentations, and attending networking events. You will also need experience of managing and mentoring more junior staff.
Whilst the role requires excellent time management skills to meet a variety of strict deadlines, there is scope for flexible, part‑time and hybrid working. This role provides good opportunities for progression while maintaining a positive work life balance.
This firm has offices throughout Yorkshire and in Chesterfield, with this role being based from either the York, Leeds or Cleckheaton office, so it’s a chance to get a local role. Please note, candidates must be based in the UK as our client is unable to provide visas to overseas applicants.
