Based in their Leeds city centre office full-time, this role supports the delivery of tailored financial planning strategies. There is also a clear pathway for those looking to progress into an advisory role, with internal development encouraged and supported.

• Prepare suitability reports and planning documents to support tailored, compliant advice
• Conduct financial and investment research to inform bespoke client strategies
• Liaise with clients and advisers to maintain trusted, long-term relationships
• Work closely with the in‑house portfolio service to ensure seamless investment delivery

• Experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial planning
• Solid understanding of financial planning principles, products and strategies
• Commitment to client‑first advice and a relationship‑led service model
• Working towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g. DipPFS) is desirable
