Finance Assistant

We’re searching for a motivated finance professional with hands‑on experience to join this growing tech business. As Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department in maintaining accuracy and efficiency of their financial operations.

• 2+ years’ experience in a finance role within an SME environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in multi‑currency transactions
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• Collaborative team player
• Experience in credit control and cash allocation is a plus
• UK resident with unrestricted right to work
• Able to commute into Leeds City Centre
• £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Leeds City Centre Office Based Role

• Invoice Processing:
  Accurately process supplier invoices and create weekly creditor lists qualcheÃ.
• Bank Reconciliation:
  Perform daily reconciliations, including multi‑currency transactions
• Expense Management:
  Handle weekly expense processing andanelo credit card spend
• Credit Control:
  Conduct cash allocations and produce weekly debtor lists

  Collaboration:
  
  Support finance and wider teams; provide timely reports
