Join a fast-scaling fintech as a Finance Analyst supporting the CFO across financial reporting FP&A and operations. This hands‑on role offers broad exposure allowing you to take ownership of core processes and contribute to strategic decision‑making. Youll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial information and improving processes as the business grows.

Location:

Leeds UK

• Gain broad exposure across the entire finance function working directly with the CFO in a hands‑on capacity.
• Join a fast‑scaling fintech offering significant opportunities for professional growth and ownership of key processes.
• Contribute directly to strategic decision‑making financial accuracy and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements and supporting year‑end audits.
• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes tracking key business KPIs.
• Streamline day‑to‑day finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and cash flow monitoring.

• Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant with 3 years experience in finance, accounting or audit.
• Possesses strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems like Xero or similar.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to develop within a rapidly scaling fintech environment.
