, starting September 2026, is designed to give you real responsibility, hands‑on experience and the support you need to thrive in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
This rotational programme will give you exposure to multiple areas of finance, alongside structured training, mentoring and professional study. It’s the perfect launchpad for a career in finance, with opportunities to progress into specialist or leadership roles across the business.
You’ll be based at our Morley (Leeds) office, working in a hybrid pattern with an average of three days onsite and two days working remotely.
Join Our Finance Graduate Programme!
You’ll rotate across our core Finance teams, gaining broad experience and real insight into how a large, dynamic business operates. From day one, you’ll be trusted to contribute to meaningful projects and business priorities, while being fully supported as you learn.
As part of our EVRi Emerging Talent Development Programme, you’ll benefit from mentoring from subject‑matter experts, guidance and a strong graduate network to help you succeed.
This is a permanent and full‑time role based in Leeds, salary up to £27,000.
What You’ll Be Doing- Rotating across Finance teams including Accounting, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, FP&A and Business Intelligence
- Producing weekly and monthly management reports
- Supporting financial analysis, reporting and business improvement projects
- Working closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Taking part in the EVRi Emerging Talent Development Programme
- Studying towards a fully funded Level 7 CIMA qualification, with exam fees and study leave provided
- Receiving support from a business mentor, graduate Head of Year and finance buddies
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
- GCSE Grade B (5/6) or above in Maths and English
- Willingness to complete the full CIMA qualification (no exam exemptions accepted)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
