The Responsibilities Supporting with the completion of investments including preparation of investment documentation, management of the due diligence process, AML documentation and coordination of the legal agreements. Initially with support if needed, you will be identifying, selecting and appraising suitable investment loans, to achieve annual investment targets for the fund. You would be supported in undertaking business development activities and self-generating proposals, building new relationships and actively promoting the fund.
Ensuring that service level standards and turnaround times are always met. Ensuring that regulatory and customer requirements are always complied with. Preparing internal and external reports to key stakeholders. Supporting the post-investment monitoring of investments. The Requirements Ideally you will be from a lending and/or regulatory background. While there will be support from the team to get up to speed, youll be a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task.
Youll be commercially aware and able to demonstrate a sound level of judgment. Youll have strong analytical skills, with a high level of financial awareness. An effective networker, youll be able to build good relationships with our investees, clients and contacts. Being a good team player goes without saying here! Youll need to be a confident communicator both verbally and in your written work.
Given the nature of this role, we are looking for you to be fully mobile and in possession of a valid UK Driving License. A good working knowledge of CRM systems/databases and Microsoft Office products is helpful.
