Management Accountant

About the Role As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, driving cost efficiencies, and collaborating with department heads to provide actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary. Monitor and report on KPIs to support strategic decisions. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Identify opportunities for cost control and financial optimisation. Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ad hoc financial analysis.

About You ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Proven experience in a management accounting role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Net Suite). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
